- Can I try Unit of Impact for free?
- Of course! You can have a free trial membership to Unit of Impact for 21 days — just long enough to get you hooked! You can read our blogs and use available resources free for as long as you like.
- We need to add new users to our team. How will that be billed?
- You bet! Users are grouped into different subscription categories. If the number of your user you need exceeds your category, you'll need to upgrade your account to the next level.
- How do I update my subscription?
- That’s easy! Just change your subscription type in your account settings. If you need help, just contact us!
- Do you offer discounts?
- Absolutely! If you pay annually, you will receive a discount. We also offer discounts for Certified B Corps and have a partner program for groups. Send a message to support@unitco.io with your information and, if you’re eligible, we’ll set you up.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- At any time, team owners can delete their account to cancel the team’s paid subscription.
- What is your refund policy?
- Yearly plans are greatly reduced in price from regular subscription rates; because of this, we don’t offer refunds on yearly plans. If you’re unable to commit to a yearly plan, we recommend you go with a monthly plan which can be discontinued at any time.
- My special discount code isn’t working — what’s up with that?
- It could be you’re trying to apply your special discount code to a monthly plan. Discount codes are valid only when applied to annual plans. If you’re trying to use it with an annual plan and it isn’t working, just let us know and we’ll find a fix!
